Appliance Governance System

The Appliance Governance System (AGS) is a stack of local software and remote services that, working together, provide the Extended Cloud services: the customer is not required to administrate the system or the software, and they don't need to have internal

personnel with technical skills to use the solution.

All maintenance and support services are the responsibility of boxedUC our boxedUC technical staff will take care of the services and appliance maintenance on behalf of the client, even if the box is installed on-premise.

AGS On-Board software:

Orchestration service: Host management, VMs control, VPN management.
Service Console: Basic network info setup, Turn On/Off processes management.
Local monitoring: Bare metal, server and services monitoring

AGS Remote Services:

Remote monitoring: Host, public services monitoring.
Patching: Distribution of pre-tested software patches.
Remote activities: Specialized staff will fix and maintain boxedUC software via remote access through a secure VPN tunnel.
