Basic Care Pack

boxedUC EXTENDED CLOUD CARE PACK is a stack of remote services that guarantee the appliance to be professionally managed, typical of the "in the Cloud" services, even if the appliance is on the customer's premises.

Basic Care Pack is included in the boxedUC appliance sale for the first year and is renewable yearly.

Basic Care Pack includes:

Patch and bug fixes for MultiUx (Self-Administration portal).
Patch and bug fixes for Appliance Governance system (AGS) appliance software.
Management of UCC certificates (certificates must be purchased separately).
Hardware failure diagnosis and support management (Hardware support is included in the appliance sale and provided directly by the hardware vendor).
Access to remote support services (tickets must be purchased separately).
